commission for examination sentence in Hindi

The Tribunal is vested with the power of a civil court and it can enforce attendance of any person and examine him on oath , compel the production of documents , issue commissions for examination of witnesses , and such inquiry and investigations are deemed to be judicial proceedings within the meaning of Sections 193 and 228 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 .
अधिकरण को सिविल न्यायालय की शक्तियां दी गई हैं और वह किसी व्यक्ति को अपने समक्ष हाजिर करा सकता है , शपथ पर उसकी परीक्षा कर सकता है , दस्तावेज पेश करने के लिए विवश कर सकता है , साक्षियों की परीक्षा के लिए कमीशन जारी कर सकता है और ये जांच तथा अन्वेषण भारतीय दंड संहिता , 1860 की धारा 193 और 228 के अर्थ में न्यायिक कार्रवाइयां मानी जाती हैं .
